Oh no, poor you, that's ghastly. We had a vomiting bug once and I've never forgotten it, so I really do feel for you. You are in my thoughts x

I don't let mine eat at all after vomiting until they can keep tea and/or water down. Then they get a slice of bread. Prison food. :-) They do a a bit of a "fat cushion" to work with, though & I'm not giving medical advice. :-)

Over the years I have also trained them to run to the bathroom & puke, then tell me about it... rather than... coming to find me so I can tell them to run to the bathroom & they then puke on the way. They are very good about that now, being 11 & 13.

Can you tell that I don't like puke? ;-)

Hope things will be on the mend soon.

Oh Simone you poor thing! We had a run like this last year, twice! Thinking of you and hoping your babies all feel better soon.

Gutted. Pardon the pun. Feel for you - its our very worst childhood ailment.

Miss fab hasn't eaten since Friday, I am trying so hard to convince her it's safe to eat something now - the gluten free thing is complicating things a bit!! No plain biscuits or crackers for her! And now poor little Scraggy is down with it too :(
He pukes and tries to push the bowl away and says "gucky mumy!" Poor little gut. he doesn't undertand what's happening... (he's only 2 after all)

Feeling for your Simone! I remember vomiting while at the same time holding a bowl for a not yet 2 year old to vomit into. Crazy.

I also one took a photo of my boys spew because it was just so massive (I won't email it to you though).

Oh you poor thing... that is one thing I am not looking forward to with parenthood! Hope your kiddos are feeling better soon!

Thanks for stopping by and visiting my blog! How fun to have readers from NZ! I can't believe someone would refuse you a caffeine when you were pregnant! What is the deal, why is it that the second we have a baby bump people think they get to make decisions for us? Oy!

And I love your suggestion with what to do with the super great bag and shirt- I may just do that :) Hope you're having a wonderful Tuesday!

That's parenthood for ya.... I swear we get a vomiting bug that goes through all of us at least every six months!! Am pretty practised now... head down and keep on going until the last person stops chucking!
