My Family

Meet my family - we're a quirky bunch.

We're noisy, we argue and whinge with the best of them, and family life can be a hair-raising rollercoaster ride, but I am determined that good times will outweigh the bad.
I have always wanted my kids to grow up secure, knowing they are loved and with plenty of great memories to bring a warm fuzzy glow when they look back on their childhood.
There have been a few bumps in the road, but we're still working on it.

Names have been changed to protect the guilty. Here they are...

dash (the firstborn)

Sixteen years old, and a mad keen football player, Dash is in the middle of High School. He is famous for his epic soccer football skills and his ability to name all the teams, players and stats in the English Premier League. He is a very much a teenager.

miss fab (the only girl)

Fifteen-going-on-twenty-one, Miss Fab, is one of the bravest, funniest, strongest people I know. Since babyhood she's had a big personality, running at life full-tilt (and has a cast collection to prove it).

scrag (the youngest)

This guy is a character, a big-hearted sweetie. At 11 years old, Scrag is "my baby" (but I won't let him hear me say that). Scrag is empathetic, energetic, intuitive and super-tall for his age. This kid blows my mind on a regular basis with the stuff he comes out with.
