My Family

Meet my family - we're a quirky bunch.
We're noisy, we argue and whinge with the best of them, and family life can be a hair-raising rollercoaster ride, but I am determined that good times will outweigh the bad. I want my kids to grow up secure, knowing they are loved and that they will have plenty of great memories to bring a warm fuzzy glow when they look back on their childhood.
We're working on it.
Names have been changed to protect the guilty. Here they are...

DASH, THE FIRSTBORN

Fourteen years old, and a mad keen football player, Dash is now at High School. He is famous for his epic soccer skills and his ability to name all the teams and players in the English Premier League. He is a bit of a clown, a bit sensitive, and makes a great cup of tea.

MISS FAB, THE ONLY GIRL

Thirteen-going-on-twenty-one, our newest teenager, Miss Fab, is a big personality. You can hear her coming long before she comes into view, she runs at life full-tilt (and has a cast collection to prove it). Miss Fab never sits still for long and is one of the funniest people I know. (She's an Elite Cheerleader and is at home on any stage). Miss Fab is also kindhearted, generous and intuitive.

SCRAG, THE YOUNGEST

This guy is a character, a big-hearted sweetie. At eight years old, Scrag is still "our baby" (but I won't let him hear me say that). He loves rugby, football, Marvel, PS3 and Star Wars and dreams of being a "You-Tuber". Scrag is always brimming with energy and mischief. He is sturdy and strong, super-tall for his age and what we call a "maths genius". We all dote on him.
